Carlos focuses his practice on personal injury and insurance-related matters, helping clients pursue compensation after experiencing serious injuries, financial losses, and life-changing events. Born in Cuba, Carlos and his family immigrated to the United States and settled in Florida in 1994. As the son of two hardworking parents, Carlos learned early on the value of discipline, perseverance, and approaching every responsibility with urgency and determination. Those principles continue to shape the way he represents his clients today.

Carlos earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College before attending Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. While at Stetson, he competed on the university’s nationally recognized Dispute Resolution Board and was awarded the prestigious Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, presented to the top advocate of each graduating class. During law school, Carlos also clerked and worked within firms focused on insurance disputes and personal injury litigation, helping clients recover compensation for their losses.

Carlos believes that effective representation goes beyond legal knowledge alone. He emphasizes maintaining an exceptional level of communication with his clients and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process.
