Dan has spent nearly a decade fighting for people injured in vehicle accidents throughout Florida. As a second-generation personal injury attorney, he grew up understanding what it means to advocate for everyday people when they need it most — and that commitment has shaped how he practices law. Dan's approach is personal. He takes the time to know his clients and what they are going through.
 
Before joining Sanchez & Brown, Dan honed his personal injury practice at a prominent Tampa Bay firm, building deep experience in car accidents, slip and falls, and insurance disputes. Dan earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated in the top third of his class and completed an externship with the Air Force Judge Advocate General's Corps at MacDill Air Force Base — gaining firsthand experience serving active and retired service members. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, giving him a sharp eye for the financial tactics insurers use at the negotiating table.
